The technician arrived as scheduled and he was delightfully pleasant. He made sure to finish the work and provide answers to my questions. He also cleaned up after, making sure he returned all items back in the refrigerator.

Service Tech Desmond was very professional. It was difficult, but he got the job done. The company can do better with scheduling. The repair took six attempts, each with a nine hour 8-5 window. Please use a four hour window and you will have even happier customers.
