BEST SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Jim is absolutely amazing! I have had this problem from the time I purchased my refrigerator in 2019! Multiple technicians have attempted to correct the problem. Jim was the only one to notice a missing tube inside the refrigerator door. if you could request a specific technician, I would only request Jim in the future! He's quick, thorough, skilled and personable! Jim deserves more than five stars!

Dave from SHS was great
It was a pleasure to have Dave here today. He got the snow blower running immediately. He was personable and professional. He gave me a lot of good advice about the machine and maintaining it; explained why it would not start in the first place. He is just a cool guy as well.
