Kevin is great! He's highly knowledgable, professional, a good communicator, friendly and respectful of our home.
Our 15 year old fridge stopped working one day before our Airbnb guests were arriving... on a Friday. We live in a rural area and local services are not always available. I called the Sears service number that was on the sticker inside the fridge unsure someone would actually pick up the call. Amazingly, there was a live person on the other end that understood and troubleshooted the problem with me right away. They got me on a service schedule and afterwards they immediately connected me to a very efficient text service that kept me informed every step of the way until Kevin arrived. Once on site, Kevin did an amazing job troubleshooting and repairing the fridge in a timely fashion. We had to replace the thermostat. It was ordered on Friday and delivered by Monday. Unbelievable. The whole process did take a week to get completely fixed. But for our rural area that's great!!
Overall, we were impressed that Sears Home Services are still there, and having evolved with the times, better than ever. Thanks so much. Well done!
