Jesse has been at my apartment more than once. I was so happy when he showed up to inspect my freezer. He is very kind, considerate, helpful and caring. I has asked for both my refrigerator and freezer to have their annual inspection but the order was only for the freezer. I was able to get a live person on the phone and Jesse talked to him. They couldn't give an order at that time but set an appointment for July 3. I am hoping Jesse will bet here again.

There should be a text sent in the morning with an estimate time not 8-5 for arrival so customers don't have to wait all day long for tech to say that he will be there 30 minutes at 4 pm Confirming my appointment was difficult also it was much easier years ago
