Great Service

Marc arrived within time frame given. Marc was very friendly and advised me of the the problem and gave me the price to fix the problem. The price was really a great price and I accepted it and Marc completed the work in a timely manner. I was really very happy with the job he did, the timely manner to complete the job and the price was really reasonable. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

Excellent Service!

Tyler was very friendly and professional. He did a great job on a very difficult refrigerator. My wife and I very much enjoyed chatting with Tyler while he worked. The work was done efficiently and everything looked great afterwards. Cost was very reasonable for the work performed.

Excellent Service by the Technician

Kyle provided excellent service. He was personable, very efficient and focused on getting the job done. The only problem I had was with the scheduling of the followup repair. The first visit identified the problem that required a fan motor. After calling Sears to check the status of the repair, the second visit to install the new fan motor was scheduled for 8 days later. Luckily, a repair time slot was offered for 3 days later, which I took, that allowed Kyle to quickly install the parts and restart my 4 ton AC unit.
