The technician was great; very thorough and knowledgeable. My only complaint is with the automated system that sears uses to notify the client of the service date and parts delivery messages. I received a message that said the part would be delivered to me and that I would then schedule the follow-up repair. I rescheduled my repair date to reflect that the part had not arrived. I then received a message that the part had been delivered, but not to my address. I called customer support which informed me that my repair was showing completed and closed. Customer service said they would reopen the ticket and follow-up with the technician. I then got a notification that my repair was scheduled for the next morning. I checked the status of my part and one page said it was in route and another page said it was delivered, but not to my address. The technician called the next morning to say he was on the way and had the part. Your system needs some attention.
