Technician was nice but…
Whole service was about 15 mins. Quick look without opening up my machine. He couldn't tell me much other than may need a new machine in a year. As soon as he left, machine wasn't working again.

Dryer vent hose disconnected
For the second time, the dryer vent on our gas dryer was left disconnected after a Sears service call exposing my family to carbon monoxide. The service took 3 months to complete including 2 weeks wait for the first visit and 6 weeks to find the part. We also needed help with our oven, but the technician's app would not accept a photograph of the serial number, as far as I know, no ticket was created and there has been no follow-up.

Wall oven diagnostic and possible repair
Austin's communication and promptness were both excellent. He was polite while he was here and succinctly provided a clear picture of what he found. Before the appointment he requested information about the oven, so I was surprised that after a very brief look at the unit, he wasn't able to pull out the oven alone to actually look at the fan and said it would require another person, a dolly, and another technician at an additional charge. time. In the meantime, he attempted to locate parts online for my oven and he realized no parts were available b/c of the oven's age.. It seemed a service call was unnecessary: the info I provided prior to Austin's visit, if it would have been examined, would have led him to realize there wasn't much he could do. I would have REALLY appreciated saving that service call fee since it now appears my oven must be replaced.

Dryer repair
I feel part of my service should have included a cleaning of the vent tube; It did not. The problem was a clogged vent. The repairman did tell me he felt this was the problem. My husband and I purchased new went tubing and fixed it ourselves. Thank you for the diagnosis. So an expensive service with no repair. I feel Sears just wants to push their warranty program.

Refrigerator Repair
Preston was on schedule as promised. Parts were ordered and placed on. However, the refrigerator still makes noise. It is not fixed. No number was left to call him if the issue continued. I am afraid of having to pay another deductible for him to come out.

Time efficiency can improve
Because of our time is important it would be nice in the future if we could had an exact time that technican can come out to home. Maybe you're booking to many appointments in one day!

Ok job
The tech came an complete the job but the same issues still exist and I'll have to wait for another week to have another tech show up 😞😡

Terrible!
Terrible! Your website didn't properly code our freezer, so it was listed as a refrigerator. Despite my many attempts to advise your company that the service was for an upright freezer, I was cancelled and told to reschedule for service. My wife had cancelled her workday and I came home early. This debacle could've been avoided had your website had the ability to update BEFORE the service appointment OR someone (a human being) could've called me to confirm the information prior to arrival. If this is any indication of your warranty service, it means bad news for us customers.

not happy.
The technician was not very professional when I explained to him that I try to do a self repair although everything was done correctly except for repairing two parts with non-compatible items that he replaced with the originals when he put the dryer back together a screw was left out that he told me was just for something with leveling that he's the technician and he knows that screw is not needed. When he left I was nervous of the left out screw so I unscrewed the dryer to find the sensor plug was left unplugged. I was not happy with this service.
