Great service and quick service

He quickly fixed our problem with our washer and saved us so many headaches!

Our only complaint regarding Sears Home Service and our washing machine repair was that we had to wait a full week for the repairman to come figure out what was wrong, then another week for him to be available to come back and install the new part (which had been delivered to our house 2-3 days after his first visit). The repairman himself was fabulous in every way.

Good service

The issue of serve was good. The diagnosis was bewildering. I was given false information and treated as a know nothing. 1. the washer leaked told to Clean with vinegar- used household white vinegar. 2. serve person arrives..washer drain boot has a large hole in it. Oh use commercial vinegar and wash with warm or hot water. Note the difference is 5% vs 7%. 3. Washer was repaired incorrectly last time the drum was fixed after a previous repair was done incorrectly. 4. My floor sublayment is now water logged but my washer works after many visit and wasted time on my and the repair people.

Washer was down for a week and a half since the part had to be ordered. Otherwise, service was good.

Was given a reasonable appt. date & the technician fixed it on the spot.
