Refrigerator repair frustration

Not sure how to rate. My refrigerator is still not fixed despite 3 visits with different parts by different technicians. This is frustrating and unacceptable!

Unable to perform service

He called me to ask me to describe the problem which I did. He said he would be over later in the afternoon since he was running behind, which was fine with me because I was still at work. Two hours later he called me to tell me that he would be unable to repair the issue with my washing machine, as it's not covered work, which he failed to mention before. He was also inable to advise on how to get the part to fix it myself. He did not have the part. Waste of time and I'm now going on over a week without being able to use my washer. So much for having a warranty! During the course of our discussion, either the phone disconnected or he hung up on me. I'm thinking he hung up on me because he didn't try to call me back. I'm extremely upset.

Disappointed

I waited from 8 in the morning and his eta changed a few time through the day, it was suppose to be to my house by 2:17. I had to leave to get my kids from school at 3. As I was leaving he shows up at 3pm, couldn't stay and start the job if nobody was in the home, which I understood, couldn't reschedule me and told me he would call me later to reschedule. Kind of disappointing. Hopefully I hear back to Reschedule.

Samsung dryer repair 8-6-24

Kevin came to check our dryer out & fix it in under 45 minutes, he was great! (with the parts I had pre diagnosed by phone & got on 6/21 & 7/15!) The problem is this system we had to go thru waiting for 2 months to get him to our house is totally aggravating!!! It closed my case 3 times for some reason, I hope I don't have to use it again, unless there is a easier way to get service, then I wasn't told how...good luck!...PS when you 1st call & they give you an appointment, if they say you'll need certain parts don't expect them to show that day because you won't have the parts yet...lesson learned, my hubby wasted a day waiting on them to come on July 2nd because the 2nd part wasn't delivered to us yet, it was backordered!

He did everything he could to get out of working on my refrigerator? I did everything I was told to do, I defrosted it for 24 hours there was no ice in it, I even wiped it clean but the tech kept saying it might have ice and I need more parts then he told me I should buy a new one and said I could get my money back, at that point I was tired of trying to get him to look at my refrigerator so I said just give me my money back and he said ok, he is bad news for Sears
