Never, the other parts had worked to restore my washing machine. This is the last part that had been ordered replaced it and I've washed three loads since then and it is working still

Poor Service not from the Tech but from sears home service
This repair took nearly 3 months to complete. There were several broken appointments due to tech scheduling issues and incorrect parts ordered. The is not an issue with the Technician that completed the repair! It is an issue with SHS. Ever since Sears closed the Cedar Rapids store the level of service has been declining. This last service has been the worst repair experience I have ever had. Again, this is not an issue with the technician.

Michael was very proficient in the service he gave to my appliances and he explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions. He called to let me know what time he would be at my home and was on time. I hope Michael is the technician that comes to my home for the annual check ups on my appliances next year.
