Aaron came on time, he checked for the fridge functioning, but he didn't perform the required annual cleaning, which is included in the warranty.

It seemed like they were in a hurry to give me their evaluation get paid and leave. This is not at all what I expected and the form that they gave me of the evaluation was on notebook paper. I wasn't real happy and will not use them again !

Technician struggled

The technician, James, was at my house for 2.5 hours and struggled to install new parts. Now the dishwasher isn't drying the dishes at the end of the cycle.

Impressive/ disappointing

While your servicemen were punctual, polite, and impressive, I was not happy with the amount of time it took to send serviceman! Initial request was in August 1st Repairman came August 28 he had to order a port, which came within a week. Next service appointment scheduled September 15 Repairman could not come another Repairman scheduled for September 28.!!! it seems to me that there should've been someone available between the 15th and the 28th. I do know if it took me that long to make a payment it would not be acceptable.

Focused on upsell & not neutral

Technician offered several times to schedule a repair for me assuming that the claim would be denied. She made it clear that some nearby pieces may also 'break' so I should be prepared for additional charges. Add this to her assurances that she was impartial and was only there to document the issue - not offer an opinion, even though she seemed to be giving the extended warranty company what was needed to deny the claim. She confirmed that the issue was definitely NOT the usual customer caused issues, but said she wasn't really able to confirm that there was damage. When the warrantor asked her for an estimate, she deliberately added all the pieces that she might damage during a repair attempt which drove the claim up significantly.

My refrigerator sat here for three weeks not running. He promised to come put the parts in when they arrived. He didn't he said an appointment on September 25. He was a no-show. Terrible terrible service.

Technician verses Seats Services

Alberto was polite and professional over the phone (onFaceTime). I was notified by Seats the service provider would contact me and try to make a diagnostic evaluation over the phone based on my description of the problem with the ice maker. Since it was the same problem we had with the ice maker two years ago, it was simple to determine what parts needed to be ordered. Once the parts were shipped to the house, the service provider contacted me again. Since the replacement part is a simple install, he said go ahead and complete the installation. Now that is the new working "remotely." I wish they had that service for my dishwasher. It has been a month no one is available to come look at it or make an over the phone diagnose. Even though online it stated when water isn't going into the dishwasher most likely a bad inlet valve. At least that would be an attempt to service instead of doing nothing but telling me to find someone to repair. I can submit an invoice for repair services but they will only pay what they believe to be reasonable. Who pays the difference if there is one? You got it me! What good is this plan if I have to do all the work and possibly have to pay!? Don't get a service plan through Sears.

Messy Tech

The workers left all the old parts and trash on the floor. Had water spilt all over the floor and didn't offer to clean up their mess or even notify us there was water on the ground. Unfortunately I had to use them because of my home warranty. Sears has the worst customer service and technicians. It if wasn't for the home warranty I would never use them again.
