Timeliness of Repair of Riding Lawnmower

The original service phone call was made in May - technician came out in June - ordered part and came in July to install. Part had not arrived - Techician reordered part - arrived one week later - technician came out to install another week later - not of the parts were there so he had to use part of the old parts to make the new one serviceable. Two and a half months to repair my lawnmower is unacceptable - especially since we spent the extra money for the warranty. I do not think I would buy another lawnmower from Sears and I especially would not pay for a warranty. The amount of time that this repair took from first call to actually repairing was way to long. The technician did all he could do due to the restraints put on him by sears. This review is not at all directed at him.

Sears never again

The tech refused to repair the machine because of the environment it was in. It is old home and it is a basement. He was very rude.I will never shop at Sears again.

Still experiencing problems after 6 repair visits!

Part was finally replaced after several failed attempts to fix it. Worked well for one week and now I'm without hot water again. Beyond frustrated that SEARS wont just replace the faulty product. Would never buy ANYTHING again from Sears.

Terrible!!!!!

First attempt (waited almost a week for the appointment) did not fix lawn tractor. Next appointment (about 5 days later) was cancelled. Today I waited 2 1/2 hours, then got a call saying service person was not able to come. Rescheduled for tomorrow so now I have to change my schedule and wait around again.

Terrible Service

My initial visit to get my repair reviewed was fine. However, all subsequent communication was unacceptable. The appointment to fix the stove after parts were received was deleted (I was told) and then I received a reminder call that my repair was to take place on a date that I did not schedule. After waiting 3 weeks for my repair and spending almost $200 to replace parts (which was done on 7/31/15) my oven IS NOT FIXED. I have now scheduled another appointment which is 3 MORE weeks away. I have spent money to replace parts which were not broken in the first place. Very UNSATISFIED.

Bad/Subpar Part but Great Technician

Freezer is still doing the same thing. New Keypad still beeping and freezer not working intermittently.

I have been calling in regards to my ice maker being broken on numerous occasion and the matter has not been resolved yet...Customer service sucks been on hold for more than 1hr 45min the 1st call then 2nd call over 2hrs....Poor Customer Service. Had to escalate problem to Supervisor
