  1. delivery mistakes

    Our visit was canceled several times because nobody could find the parts and finally we were told they were in the store the whole time. Then the repair man called and said the parts were broken and they would give us a replacement t.v.. the replacement process was even worse than the repair process.

    The serviceman that serviced our riding lawnmower was very courteous, very polite. The nicest person you ever wanted to meet. Service with a sile, it makes a difference.

    Repair man was of poor quality. Asked me for a screw driver since he did not have one. Took something off the washer and with a tool was banging on it on my CERAMIC tile floor. When he left there were scratches all over the tile. Very untidy. The entire drum of the washer was filled with grease. On his return visit, [initially he did not have the right part and the one that was supposed to be on his truck he could not find], he did repair the washer correctly, however he removed the entire casing of the machine and scratched the entire width of the door next to it. The walls, floor, drier, and the machine were left in grease which I cleaned when he left. The first visit he was in the house 2 hours, and he arrived late, and could not fix it. The second visit he showed up unannounced and stayed an hour. It was very disrespectful on his part to have his phone on speaker and talking with a friend or family member the whole time he worked. The machine works well, however, the work ethic was unbelievable and showed great disrespect for my home and my time.

  10. Awful service

    The technician was only going to change the oil until I asked him to check the items that were promised when using the service. At that, he never checked the spark plug and did not lubricated the moving parts.

    Paul, this is disappointing to hear. The technician should have done a full evaluation of your unit without you having to ask. Please reply to the email from Sears Service if you need further assistance.
