Repair reviews

The repair was excellent since we paid almost $500 for warranty. Sears store in cherry Hill failed to aknowledge that this 30 cu. ft. fridge had a defect (recall) on ice making heater that would prevent the ice flow upon request. So a board had to be replaced. We became a little antcy about it. It was almost in brink of non-disclosure of manufacturing defect.

Very knowledgeable and courteous young man. Went the extra mile to explain everything and called to verify anything we had questions about.

Appreciated the customer service and expertise of the provider; while his English wasn't very good, he clearly knew what he was doing along the line of the service needed. Always appreciate Sears quality service on my appliances.

The repair person was courteous. easy to work with and efficient in his time spent during the service call. I was very pleased with his service. I would recommend the service to others.

ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME AND FOUND CAUSE OF PROBLEM AND FIXED IT.

Although the repair was a guess, hopefully it will solve a recurring problem!

Leaking Dishwasher. Had broken connector tubing. Replaced quickly and on time. In and out and "dry" in 35 minutes.
