    The individual that came to check on the microwave was very rude. While he said he didn't do installations he tried to tell me that the way I wanted to microwave vented wasn't possible. I showed him the information from GE with the venting the way I wanted it and he was still insisting that it couldn't be done. He was extremely rude and let me know that it wasn't his job to contact the installation department. t

    I WAS CHARGED A FEE AND NO ACTUAL REPAIRS WAS MADE. I HAD INSURANCE ON MY KITCHEN APPLIANCES.

    The service by repairman James was very good! AS for the parts dept the service was terrible! First off I do not think the customers should be responsable for receiving the parts for repair!! The man came put in the part didn't fix the problem had to order a compressor. I' m already 2 weeks without a frig! When the part came it was the wrong part! While I was waiting another 3 weeks I had to try to get the right part and all I got was the run around from your parts people!! After several calls I finally got a person with some sense who straightened it out and I received the right part just in time for the repair to be done! I should have not had to do all this to get my frig repaired by sears insurance plan! What this repair cost me in ice, insurance plan and frustration I could have almost bought a new frig!! Needless to say very unhappy with this repair! Been a customer of Sears for 48 years!
