Kevin seemed great on the initial visit, but now that we need a simple piece of information to give to the manufacturer in order to make use of the warranty he won't respond to us. Very angry, to say the least. We've been without a fridge for almost a week Karen Cooper

Fixed but not completed
Dishwasher was fixed but tech could not return dishwasher to its original position. Last tech who diagnosed the needed repair was able to do so without issue. But now the appliance sticks an inch out from the counter. Have had to request second tech to remedy a problem that should have been dealt with at time of repair. Frustrated and disappointed.

Cleaning and Maintain service
My oven was serviced while my wife was home. The appliance was fixed and works as it should. I payed additionally for the " clean and maintain service " and after inspecting my oven once I returned home, it was apparent that the "clean and maintain service" was not conducted. It was evident that the door gasket, area around the burners and the clean / wipe down of the exterior appliance was never conducted. Additionally, the oven was not placed back into the original location where the child safety locks where, which insures the oven does not tip over. This is my first experience with Sears Home Services and I will not be using them in the future. I called and spoke to Sears the following morning where I was advised they will send someone out to correct the issue but I will be held responsible for any additional costs. Being that I paid for the service that was not completed, I suggested otherwise and the employee moved passed his statement and set a date and time which required I stay readily available from 8a to 5p. I am very disappointed as a customer pays a premium hourly wage and premium cost for parts through Sears to service home appliances and the customer should expect a service reflecting the price.

LG Dryer will not dry
This is his second visit Same old answer-tge vent is the issue or maybe the plug Nothing wrong with the dryer so he says.. It does not dry It dried for over a year and now it won't unless you use the manual setting The sensor side does not work We have replaced the vent and will replace the plug Not impressed

Ice maker.
We had 2 techs work on the ice maker . They both said oh it will work now.we waited a hour still no ice .But they took are money !

Rude
Acted grouchy to have to come to my house. Glued to his phone and didn't even greet me when walking up to my house. Best Buy sent him to look at dents in my fridge. He immediately said it was user abuse and made me feel as though I wasted his time. I had previously spent over an hour on the phone with Best Buy trying to find out if my coverage would even cover this type of damage. I was honest up front and they said it would be covered but could have technician look at it. He had much different response. Not really sure what wear and tear is but Best Buy said this was a wear and tear claim. Vernon made sure to say how much it would take to fix and claimed that they would never get paid by Best Buy. This situation could have been handled to much differently by this technician.

LG icemaker repair
The technician did ok once we could get someone to show up. Had to reschedule 3 times before we could get some one to show up. Took almost 4 weeks from time problem reported until repair completed.

Washer
It's still leaking The service tech just left and said the washer is good to go. I tried to use it and it started leaking again.

Repairs to washer dryer tower.
The guys were very friendly, however, they were very impatient. They did not wait to see if the Problem was actually fixed. As soon as my wife put clothes in the washer, it continued making lots of noise. This noise really drives my artistic son insane.
