Stay away from this Home Service
Had a 2 year old refrigerator that had a fan going out and the earliest they would come to me was 2 weeks. Then after waiting 7 1/2 hours to hear from their tech he called and said he was going to cancel. Instead of moving me up to the front they reset it for another 3 weeks later. I had to go out and find someone to come out and replace the fan before the compressor died. Then I received a call from Daniel today to tell me he was heading to my house. I never verified nor accepted this reschedule and told Daniel this. This wasn't Daniel's fault unless he was the one who cancelled on me 3 weeks ago. This is Sear's fault.

Nice guy but didn't fix issue
As soon as I put a load of laundry back into the washing machine, the same issue came back. Edward was nice and respectful but the issue was not fixed

Terrible experience
Richard was rude, first canceled an appointment without showing up and marked it as complete, then when he did come today, he was impatient and rude when he discovered that a false drawer needed to be removed. When we pointed out that we could have done this before he showed up he became very defensive about how he is not able to know everything. My husband instructed him to leave because of the tone of the argument that was ensuing.

No help at all
Told us our dryer works if we only dry with one towel in the dryer. Said might be backed up lint. Asked who fixes that. He didn't know. Waste of time and money

Not pleased at all
The man who came to look at our dryer was not helpful at all. In fact, he made it seem like it was all our fault and was therefore our problem.. when asked how we could fix this, his response was basically "not my problem. You are on your own" We aren't asking for special treatment but we are 86 and 90 years old and could have used a more helpful answer Thank you Betty and Art Anderson

Disappointed
After three appointments and three rescheduled appointments, our washer is now working. We have left over new parts that are shown on our receipt for the repair as installed. They were not. We have them here. The service tech also told us that since there is now rust inside the machine, that it will no longer be covered. Really? It leaked because of a part(s), not because of any anything we did.

Tired of Sears Home Services
My dryer is not completely drying clothes in the Normal cycle. Tech said there is no problem with the dryer because it is warming to proper temp.I asked him to check the Moisture Sensor but he refused and kept telling me there is nothing wrong. This is the second appt. Last week I waited all week and the tech was a NO SHOW. This week he tells me there is nothing wrong. I am tired of being treated like this. My dryer still doesn't dry the clothes.

Price for what he had to do was extremely expensive. I was quoted a much lower price when I called Not sure I will ever use this service again. Ben was fine. Very professional.
