    Called for service on lawn tractor. The phone service was professional. The driver called before he came. Had all his tools and knew what he was doing. Explained the problem and how it would be corrected. Everything is fine now.

    The repair tech did not have the part needed after they came to repair your broken product. I had to wait an additional week to get the product back. I had to call the day it was first supposed to be repaired to find out it was not repaired. There was no opportunity to be provided a loaner when the initial repair by date was not reached.

    I used them on 5/15/15 and my mower was tuned up, ran and paid for. Technician thought he had resolved the problem with starting but only to find out when I went to move it, the mower would not start. The technician tried to get it to start and told me that he could not do anything as he had closed out the service and did not have the part on the truck. I called immediately and tried to get the part ordered but was told I had to wait till the next day after the accounts were cleared as it was still showing "pending". I called on 5/16 and found out the technician could not be rescheduled until 5/28/15. That is not acceptable since I already waited for the service and now I have to wait and undo length of time. I am not happy with this and no one offered to rectify the situation. I just have to wait, wait, and wait.............

  6. they come out to the house! Would use them again!

    I was totally surprised to find a company that comes out to the house at a reasonable fee. My only complaint is the service time was changed twice on me after I made the appointment, they should have the service techs give a call before arrival, since they give a 4 hour time frame. The service tech was very knowledgable and able to complete repairs on my tractor. I eould use them again next time I need any repairs on my tractor.

    We had our lawn tractor serviced at our home using Sears! When we discovered that Sears would service our lawn tractor at our home we had to call and make an appointment! Everyone hates having to take the lawn equipment somewhere to have it serviced. I simply made an appointment with Sears and Archie arrived on time as scheduled. He took care of everything, changed the oil, replaced the filters, checked the spark plug, and sharpen the blade in my driveway! The Sears service truck had a lift that made the job so easy for Archie our serviceman! It was amazing to watch him work! It was so easy!

  8. Warranty repair
