I am very disappointed I waited all day and no one came. I have a brand new cook stove and I can't use it! What must I do to get my oven fixed? Please help me with this issue.

Hello this has been a nightmare. First of all Kyle was not the last person here. I had 4 different technicians here and the problem is still the same ( no heat to dry dishes). It has been over a month and boxes of parts were ordered and installed.

Aggressive and Disrespectful

Sears service I was scheduled for Thursday, September 21. No one showed up and I was unable to get a hold of anybody using the Sears number on the website. Called my warranty company and was asked to call back today. Was able to reschedule via the site for today. Received a text message and was home within 20 minutes of it. When arrived Raymond was leaving my driveway, we begged him to stop and come back. We've been without a fridge for now 3 weeks. There was a road rage incident in the neighborhood street where he cut us off and slammed in his breaks as we tried to talk to have him come back. My husband did get in front of his van and we got off to plead our case and have him come back. He laughed and stated we weren't home. Checking my ring camera he never even rang our doorbell and again was in our drive way when we arrived. I'm lucky my husband is not an aggressive man because Raymond got off his van and tried to fight him. I had to get between them to tell my husband it would not be worth it. Reported him to the "how's my driving" line as well. This all happened as school children were walking by after school. Very disappointed at his behavior and Sears for no showing to an appointment yesterday. He's lucky I didn't call the police on him!

David not able to fix anything

I asked Sears to send someone to fix my icemaker. He steamed the frozen dispensary to clear it but couldn't fix it to make it dispense ice cubes. He didn't know what was wrong with the dishwasher or washing machine, and had no real ideas of what to do next. None of the appliances are working any differently now. I am out a couple hundred dollars and a couple hours of completely wasted time. Will not call Sears again.

Refused Service

This may be more of a Sears procedural thing then a technician thing, but this is the third time we've had a technician out over the past three weeks to fix an issue with a year old washing machine. We have stackables and made that clear from the beginning, but today was told "we're not an installer, we repair equipment. We can't move your stackable to access the needed repair." This is after we stayed home for an appt where we received a text the tech was on their way, but no one showed up. We are beyond frustrated!

Tech. Wouldn't installed new pump

My washer machine stopped removing/pumping out water from my washer. I called AHS on 8/30 to schedule repairs. A Tech. called me to determine the problem over the phone by entering codes. The problem was the pump and ordered a new pump sent to my home, but it could not be installed until the 9/21. AHS sent Sears and they found the filter was clogged and the drain hose was inserted too deep in the drain. They reposition the hose and cleaned the filter and said that was the issue and didn'tneed the new pump installed. SEARS did not install the new pump and took the new pump with them. They never ran a complete wash cycle. Once they left I washed a load and the clothes were still soaking wet. The Sears techs were lazy and dismission to take the time to replace the new pump that AHS had order. This is unexceptable. I waited 3 weeks for my washer to be fixed. Sears or whatever their new name, is a company I never want in my home again. So what are they doing with the new pump. I still have soggy wet clothes.

Washer still leaking

The problem wasn't fixed. My washer is still leaking alot of water. I need this taken care of asap! I was without a washer for 1.5 weeks. Finally the technician comes and the problem persists!

A&E factory service

A&E came by and installed the new monitor and door switch for my clothes dryer. Dryer worked for 2 days then STOPPED WORKING AGAIN. this is the second time a part was replaced but stopped working within a month. Assurant, fix my dryer.

Took WAY TOO long to repair!!!

My experience with y'all was absolutely awful!!!! This was a 7 week long process to get my washer repaired! Not ever being able to talk to anyone is a horrible way to run a business! Between my husband and I we toon 5 days off of work!!! One of the times y'all No showed! Another was a wrong diagnosis of the issue! And the one that finally repaired was way too cocky and rude! I'm thankful it's repaired so I can be done!
