Brent was great, Sears overall sucks
After being home all day Monday bc the time frame was 8a-5p, I get notified at 3p that their system was down, so they couldn't come out. I was the last person on the schedule, so I should've been scheduled for first thing Tuesday imo. But that's not how Sears works. It was Friday before they could schedule me again, so our freezer was out an entire week before they got here. I called Sears bc it's a Kenmore product, and I trusted them. Not anymore. You don't treat loyal customers like that. I'll call someone local next time.

Agent Service Quality
Greg, the agent that did the final repair, was experienced, efficient, friendly. The problem is this was 3 months after the initial repair call. I didn't require the freezer for day to day usage. If this had been my refrigerator I would have had to buy a new one before it was finally repaired.

Technician worked on my stand up freezer ,was pleasant
First time I called for service on my freezer the lady I talked to told me she had me down for the next following day it would be between eight and five I waited till nearly 4 o'clock I called you guys back come to find out she never scheduled my appointment so I was not happy about that, the second time I called the girl I talked with set up my appointment and she was pleasant and the technician who came out was pleasant
