  2. No mower service completed

    I have not received all the ordered supplies or the repair or labor service I paid for so I finally decided to cancel everything the mower is being repaired for less at another repair shop so now I want the refund promised me and the two tires to be picked up by ups as promised

  4. Not happy with my experience

    My service tech was great. I was very happy with HIS SERVICE. The service window was WAY TOO WIDE!!!! 8am - 5pm. I had to sit around all day long waiting for a phone call to let me know that someone was on the way. I didn't receive that phone call until 4:45pm. I was VERY UNHAPPY with that. Also the labor charge was outrageous!!!!!! The labor cost was almost SEVEN times as much as the part. I will not be using this company again.

  6. Took Care of the Problem !!!

    Mower wouldn’t start called for A technician he tried to start it, it would not start. He took it to the shop made the repairs (no cost to me) brought it back Runs Like A Champ !!!
