I know that some technicians are more competent than others. There are a few who wear capes. Brian is at the top of those few. If Brian shows up at your door, rest easy. Your problems are about to be resolved.

Josh explored all options to determine the cause of the noise we were hearing during the dying cycle. He was unable to determine the cause with the diagnostic tools he had - including calling corporate for help. It was not possible for him to replicate the noise. He recommended I take a video of the sound I was concerned about and then reach out for help again. I appreciated the fact that he did not dismiss my concerns.
