Frank was a pleasant tech. I know how tough that job can be but I truly enjoyed his professionalism and attributes. I am very frustrated with the setting up with my service though. Called the 4myhome number only to get a call center in India and was hung up on twice, couldn't get anyone to help me that was understandable. After multiple attempts of canceled orders, I talked to a very nice lady in AZ. She at least got me what I was asking for and then between David Mosher and Brandon I finally got a appointment. Again, Frank was wonderful and I pray Sears/Transformco recognizes him for his service and dedication to the client. MY REFRIGERATOR IS NOW DOING THE SAME THING! PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP! THE DOOR ALARM IS CONSTANTLY BEEPING AGAIN!
