Very disappointed in the service. I still have not received the diagnostic report regarding my refrigerator even after repeatedly asking the service technician. No communication.

Beware! Misleading representation, scheduling discrepancies, unprofessional technicians, Billing practice questionable. When trying to talk to someone, the phone numbers are a maze of automated messages. When I finally reach a live person they are over seas and I can't understand them as well they can't or wont put you to Customer Service for help. Felt like a scam and my washer is still not fixed... I gave them one star because it would not allow me to move on without entering something.. I give them a neg zero!!!!

Had an appointment today. Between 8-5 time slot. Then it was canceled without any reason. On the phone with several people which you can't understand they just said we don't know why it was canceled and there was nothing they could do. Highly disappointed.

Called to make an appointment for repair. Over the phone they told me the soonest would be in a week on May 23, between 8-5, and we agreed on this date. Within minutes of ending the call, I got a confirmation text and email that confirmed June 6th! That's 3 weeks out, and for my refrigerator/freezer with food that may spoil! When I called to address this discrepancy, all I got was a automated recording that kept repeating the same invalid information over and over, and didn't give an option to speak to a real person. I even tried a different phone number to the headquarters, I'm presuming, and got the same automated recording!! I'm at my witts end!! Do real people even work there???

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Made an appointment and had to wait over a week, not to mention they gave me a window from 8am-5pm. I never received the confirmation email/text message so I called customer service to confirm. They told me it was a “known issue and sometimes people just don’t get them” but that my appointment had been confirmed. Day of, I called again to reconfirm. They said yes, someone will be out sometime today between 8-5 and that they’d resend the email/text and have the technician call me within the next 30 minutes. 8 hours go by. The tech is a no call/no show. Called customer service again. After talking to at least 5 people in India (these poor folks couldn’t help me if they wanted to), they rescheduled it to the next day. Called next day to confirm because I still hadn’t received any texts/emails and the tech was a no call/no show again! Tried cancel online, but that’s not an option. So I called again to cancel both appointments, but they make you speak to an agent and the wait time was over 40 minutes. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I still have a broken appliance!

Technician was fine, but I don’t agree with Sears’ repair agreement policy that the same repair issue must be addressed 4 times in 6 months before Sears will replace the appliance! And the technician came with no history of his previous visit in which he worked on the same problem on our fridge.

Today I received a qualified repairman. However, I specifically asks the scheduling clerk not to send out a repairman if he did not have the part on his truck. However he did come out, verified exactly what I told the scheduler but informed me they no longer carry that specific part in their inventory. He also stated that there has been multiple times when messages intended for him was not relayed to avoid a service call. He stated, regardless he had to charge me for a service call even the the scheduler did not relay my message to the repairman. Therefore, I will despite this charge with my credit card company and will never use this again

I told the guy the impeller didn't work. He looked up Part and said 460 to fix. I said maybe I will do it myself. I said can we go take a better look and make sure. Because all he did was spin the impeller. I said can we take the impeller off and take a look cause when I took it off the metal was stripped not just the plastic top. Oh well then he said oh ya, it is not this part. Its going to be more like 800 to fix. The washer is basically shot, cause its not work fixing. We'll okay. But don't charge me, then look at the washer.
