My technician was excellent but it took a month to get someone from the Choice Home to come to my home. I ended up hiring a HVAC person to charge my AC unit, costing me 200.00. It was that or roast.

Although I understood what the tech was saying about our service situation, I was put off by his condescending behavior and laughter. After he left, he sat in my yard for half an hour on his phone. I actually went to check on him to make sure he didn't have a medical emergency.
