install new parts for my stove... 3 of 4 parts arrived only.
Both repairmen were very nice... explained everything thoroughly... they were careful with my stove and cabinets as stove was being moved out from the wall. Thank you.

I felt this technician wasn't very thorough. Technicians in the past seemed to spend more time and attention to each appliance.
