This is Rhonda Haggerty since I am the point of contact for all the appointments. Your appointment process is very poor. The first scheduled date was canceled but I never received any notice it was canceled. The next two dates I was called saying it was canceled. The fourth appointment finally occurred and the technician James was awesome. The problem was the new handle for the freezer door would not work so he did use the original, which worked fine.

While the work to the washer repair was very satisfactory, the fact that the water hose was not tightened when put back caused water to leak all over my floor. Those finishing touches matter too.

How would you rate this? We requested service on a GE side by side refrigerator/freezer with a problem getting cold water thru the dot dispenser in January. Four tries and nearly 3 months later we have no water AND no ice through the door as well as no door handle. Pretty pathetic. Still waiting on a wiring harness and an insert to attach the door handle. Good service is an oxymoron!

The actual repair was performed very well. The technician was polite, punctual, and professional. However, the time required to initiate the repair was poor. The malfunction occurred in early June. The initial repair couldn't be scheduled until July 1, 2017. Parts were ordered by the initial technician on that day. The date of July 18 was scheduled to install the ordered parts. The parts were not actually ordered until July 12. The parts arrived the week of July 20, 2017. The actual repair was not made until nearly two months after problems arose. I would not recommend Sear's products or service to my worst enemy.

A mixed bag of returns and damaged appliances. Everything was 45 percent off, but it was off list price. Since everyone else discounts off of list, this amount isn't as much as you would think. Then they charge you 89 bucks to deliver when places like Lowe's offer free delivery. And many of the dishwashers I was looking at were missing the silverware baskets and the sales guy was clueless about where they went.

The only reason I gave a two star and not a one star is due to the service of your service technition . The service by your technition was top notch. My issue was the length of time it took for you to come repair my refrigerator which is not even a year old.

Repair person, did not reconnect the dryer hose. We also found a dent on the dryer, not there before. There was also a screw not replaced on the dryer top. Service scheduled for 1-5pm, never happened until approx. 7pm.

The tech was great wrong part sent tech said it would be three weeks before he could come back.

My home warranty service forces me to use this company. On my fourth visit today to fix a dishwasher. First time waited 3 hours for the "repairman" to look at it for 5 minutes and do nothing. Waited 3 weeks for parts and second time no one showed up. Third time, he fixed a house, left (as other's stated, didn't clean up anything), and when I ran the dishwasher, it didn't drain. He also managed to break the heating ring. Waiting on the fourth guy now. Another four hour window. The warranty people should have just bought a new machine from Lowe's. At least they show up when they say. 16 hours and 6 weeks later and still no dishwasher. Smh.

Worse than one star. Technician closed ticket and our ice maker is still broken. Paid 450.00 and can’t talk to a person. They are a rip off. BBB and small claims court next.
