The technician was professional and explained what was done and what I should expect. However, he is one of at least 4 technicians who have attempted to solve the problem (The ice maker does not produce ice.) on numerous occasions since March 7, 2019. As my repair history will show, many hours for repair visits and phone calls are evident. I have now been given another recall date in October. How long must this go on???

I have already written of my experience with this new repairman. NOTHING was done. He ran a diagnostic test, but no cleaning was done at all. In the past, the regular service man would clean the dishwasher thoroughly. This new service man was polite and clean, but was NOT like the regular service man that would come in the past.

I would dryer stop working so we reached out to Sears appliance repair to come and look at our Kenmore elite dryer The technician gave us an estimate of $500 to replace the heat element My wife and I decided that was too much and would purchase a new dryer when I came home from work I decided to look into the estimate and found that the parts were under $100 it was on during a 50 minute repair for an experienced technician be very weary of this company who charges $400 per hour Experienced or not that is just way out of line

Technician didn't troubleshoot or corrected the problem just B.S. for an hour! He didn't even bring in a tool bag. $114 given away to Sears for nothing! A friend of mine corrected the problem at no cost to me!

Had my 2 year old refrigerator repaired a month ago due to bad compressor. Thirty days later the unit stopped working. I called for appointment to find out it would be 2 weeks later. Technician came to repair the unit and said the system needing charging so he checked for leaks then charged it. Within less than 24 hours the system stopped working and I called to get an appointment. I am waiting another 2 weeks. This has cost me list food and no refrigerator now for almost a month. Tried to call a supervisor but was told by person in India who answered the phone I could not talk to anyone local about getting a faster appointment. I will never buy anything from Sears again. No wonder they went out of business.

Had to order freezer door.They forgot to order it for 3 weeks until I called them. Took 4 months for it to come in. When it was delivered it was the wrong color. The tech did not know what to say. He tried to repair the door and he did so with no problem. I did not need to have a new door to begin with. He was very good. I could tell the first tech had no idea what he was doing. Worst experience in over 50 years with Sears. No one would try to solve the problem, just said to wait. I did for 4 months when I didn't have to. Again, my last tech was great and he would get 5 stars.

My order #5109593951310, this is worse place I never went, First they got my address wrong never show up , tell me they couldn't come , I need start over again ,when I call to reschedule put me on hold 5 times ,still don't have my appointment setup, tell me wait for call .so disappointed wish I can give no star to this ....

I've phoned both Sears locations to try and book a service repair on my washing machine, but no one answered at either location. The phones rang endlessly, and there wasn't an option to leave voicemail. Plus, there was no option to request a live customer service rep or operator when the other "options" to punch on the keypad didn't help either. NO ONE answered any of the phone lines I tried, which is terrible, terrible customer service. If you want our business, you need to have at least ONE HUMAN --- not an auto-recorder --- answer your business calls. You've lost the personal touch Sears.

They not only never showed but sent a message that they showed and completed a service and sent a bill. I turned them in for fraud. Technician was Michael S but that was all that was given. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!
