Walter, the technician from Sears Appliance Repair let me know ahead of time that I was the next customer and he would arrive after that service. He was prompt, courteous, thorough and professional. I would definitely use Sears Appliance Repair for other needs.

The techs did a great job putting in the new motor in our Samsung Dryer!! After 2 months without a dryer due to Sears Warranty incompetence.

Trying since 2-10=23 to have the HVAC unit fixed or replaced.It was purchased in 2007 from Sears with the Sears Master Protection Plan and it is still not fixed.They keep saying it is out of date for parts but still looking for parts. I think 7 months with no Heat or AC is enough.This is a waste of money as they have paid thousands of $ in service call. The Tech was nice. but he is just doing his job and the last 3 times there were 3 trucks and 4 men. out for over 6 hours. No wonder the company has no stores and no repairs. This unit is at a friends house who is 86 and husband91that can't use a computer and has a problem hearing, so I handle it for them.They are both very sick and this is abuse I think.
