Good place to find scratch-n-dent appliances, and prices are reasonable. Got a better deal at East Coast Appliance.

Our lawn tractor wouldn't start. The technician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain what he was doing, what he thought and/or found the issue to be and what he was doing to fix it. This was the 2nd time in 4 months he had to come out. The 2nd visit identified an underlying issue not detected the first time (faulty sensor in blade engagement prevented mower from turning over). No more issues.

The Sears Tech's introduced themselves. Moved a few items to get to the dryer, ( in a very tight space) explained everything they had to do got the job finished put my items back and said have a nice weekend. They were very professional

Tried to use Sears Appliance Repair to work on my washer/dryer combo that is clogged with lint. The tech was respectful and professional. He was not able to “unclog” the lint but I had to pay for the service which I was aware of. My star rating for the Sear’s company though could work on their contact. I tried to find a number to reach out to Sears because there was a screw not replaced back on the washer/dryer but there was no way to contact the tech that came. In addition, I tried to call the company but could not get a live agent. In order to get help I would have to reschedule and pay for another service. This was disappointing. There is no other customer service number.

After some delays issue was resolved. However, some parts were left out. Called and was promised a call back later that day, two weeks later and no call.

Service technician was great, don't get me wrong...it's the way sears customer service over the phone that sucks...once you learned why the technician didn't show up according to the time frame of service, instead showing up WAY pass the time frame, sears either need to trim down the service calls per day or get more field technicians... you call sears and ask why is the technician isn't there yet, instead of them tracking down why...instead, they give you the 3rd party contractor's number to chase yourself...what kind of service is that...so much for customer satisfaction...
