In the future it's need to be clear that you only can do debit if you want a receipt . Wanting o. My receipt .. I wait a whole day for a technician to come cause he didn't come the 1st time and I was call 1 1/2 late . The technician was late again I should got a good discount.. or free . I HAD to pay the whole $75 .

tony arrived on time and was very professional. He told us our options in terms of repairing my washer vs. buying a new one, and we felt that he was being honest in his assessment of what we were dealing with without trying to sell us something that we did not need. Highly recommend

My technician was excellent! From the moment he arrived, he fully respected me and my home. Went right to work and found our issue quickly; educated me on the cause and gave me options for resolution. I had him take care of it - although it was an out of warranty repair everything was fair and very well done. I’ve used Sears for many years and have never been disappointed.
