Technician was great when he finally got here. Very professional and knowledgeable. However scheduling needs to be tightened up. Waited first day from 7am till 3pm only to be re-scheduled the next day. Again waited 7am till after 4pm but received update that he’d be here by 12:30p. My time is precious to me and I feel like it was wasted. Please consider tightening up your scheduling practices. Might consider mornings OR afternoons instead of ALL day windows, so your customers aren’t so inconvenienced.
