Sears Kenneth (Kenny) repaired, tested, & completed performance on LG Washer & Dryer with parts previously ordered by Sears Tim tech. parts were ordered delivered to home in a timely manner. Both Sears technicians were good at explaining information, listening to our concerns, giving us options & pricing to make our decisions, & very respectful & professional in our home. My technician, Huy, was exceptional, friendly, and very polite. I'm sure no one likes to have an appliance in need of repair however it always makes it easier when you have someone extremely competent considerate and cleanly available to do the necessary work.
