They came on Saturday and your repair techs can make you love or hate a company. He did the cleaning and replaced my sensor and the timer. He told me the cost, but when I got the email he signed my approval which was odd. He scribed my name! When he was finish with the work we asked him to wait to ensure it worked and we noticed that once it got to 10 minutes it stayed in placed. I said there is an issue expecting him to correct it or come up with another correction. Instead he said let me go to my car and I'll be back. He drove off! If I trusted him, my dryer could have ran all day causing a fire issue. We immediately complained the same day to a manager at the call center with several follow up calls and was assured someone will be out the same day to correct it. We waited at the house all day canceling all obligations to get this corrected, only to have no one show. The tech would not answer his phone for Sears nor could Sears track their location after Rosenberg, tx repair. If this is your standard for your employees that is a you problem. However, I spend over 500 dollars for a repair including parts for an issue that was not corrected. I was better off buying a new dryer. I am over Sears and I am writing because my bank and the bbb required me too. I was charged for a service that was not provided and met with unprofessional employees. This is why we are requesting a refund because this whole ordeal seems fraud and not of a replicable company

Never schedule with them again. Very expensive, then the fridge stopped cooling again in 30 days. Technician blamed on previous technician. Rescheduled me for repair, for two days in a row they didn’t show for the confirmed appointment and no notification. You can not reach a physical person to talk to over phone, its all voice prompts

Useless repair service. Unprofessional, inefficient, no respect for customer's time and money, can't speak to anyone other than voice recordings. The technician didn't come to the appointment that was set a week ago, the company didn't even try to reach out and let me know that no one is coming. I waited the whole day because their window is 8am to 5pm, but no one came. No update, no communication, nothing. You can't even call them because all their listed numbers are either busy, disconnected or just a bunch of recorded messages with no option to speak to a real person.They wasted my time, my day. Never again will I use this company for repair.

Change arrival times 4 times and still came 2hrs after final time he said he would be here. Put the part on and left without even checking to see if it was working properly and i had to advise him on what needed to occur and what was happening.

If I could given them a zero I would. I had a repair of a washer and a refrigerator in the last month or so. Their technicians throw parts at the problem rather than perform troubleshooting and a correct diagnosis. One tech never took out any tools or opened any panels or even touched the appliance. No 2 techs come to the same conclusion. But they all order parts and run. There is no corporate phone number to reach a person. All automation with no options to talk to a person. The technicians work like they know you can't even complain about them. This is the only way l've found to voice my frustration. Steer clear of A&E!!!
