  2. Incompetence - finally fixed - 3rd times a charm!

    It took 3 times before my refrigerator was repaired. The 3rd was simply due to the incompetence of the 2nd repair man who apparently didn't plug back in the ice maker to give it power to your know...make ice!

  10. Great Service

    I was pleased with the service, but not so much with the survey. A big black popup of guidelines covered half of the Review box so I had to type blind. There was no way to turn off the popup or move it. If I clicked on the popup, it went away, but reappeared as soon as I started typing in the Review box.
