My experience with Sears Appliance Repair was excellent. Their registration process was clean and well documented. The technician assigned to my job was amazing. Great people skills. His knowledge of appliances and his troubleshooting and repair skills were second to none. He was amazing to share his knowledge regarding my repair needs with me. Clearly he loved his job and his desire to get the job done expertly and efficiently the first time. Thank you Sears.

Dionysus was very respectful and professional. Even though the outcome was that I had to purchase a new dishwasher after this one died after only 2 years, it was not the technician at fault.
