Technician was fantastic and got dryer fixed and cleaned. However, Sesrs Home Services is the worst. It took me 6 weeks to finally get my dryer fixed. My appointment was cancelled 4x and we were not notified on 2 of them. We just sat here waiting all day. You cannot get a person on the phone. I emailed support and received no response. I tried to reschedule when they didn’t come out. It would give me a date option - I selected the date, and 2 seconds later that wasn’t available. It did that 10x in a row. Beyond frustrating.
