We were very satisfied with the technician you sent! He answered our questions patiently and as best as he could, did everything possible to fix the problem we were having with our washer.So far our washer is finally working the way we expected it to work. Unfortunately, we didn't buy our washer from Sears.But Sears offered an extended warranty that was able to help us with the repairs.Next time, we'll buy from Sears and save us the trouble!

Excellent. Gentleman was on time. He was friendly, polite and professional. He made repairs in just a few minutes. I was impressed. He is one hundred times better than the guy (Rocky) who installed by Sears Microwave and wishwasher.
