Recently a SEAR'S technician came to repair our Kenmore Elite refrigerator. After several attempts and parts, the technician said he was ABSOLUTELY sure the refrigerator was working. He checked everything thoroughly. He finally stated...its working 100%... The technician took pride in his work.....THANK YOU!!!!....… I just wish the CALL CENTER and SCHEDULING was as good as the technician. Hector Luna El Paso, TX
