Mr Veaceslav kept me posted about his arrival time. Once here, he took care of the problem promptly and explained the problem. He did thorough diagnostics to be sure the problem was resolved. I wish I could always ask for him anytime there is a problem with our appliances. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and an excellent repairman. Thank you for sending him.
