I give him a 5 but he had a differcut in getting this resolved. He really tried hard to get to the point of why my range was not fixed I hope it should be resolved by tomorrow. We have had a run around John in trying to get the range fixed. This is only been sent August 22 and still going on. I have just been passing to one another and no one knows what going on and no one know where the part are at. I just want my oven to work.I don’t think that anyone of you would want to not have an oven for 4 months going on 5 months. What beats the most is thanksgiving is just 3 weeks and I really need an oven to work in order to cook thanksgiving dinner for my family. All that needs to be done is replace or fix it. NO more excuses cancelled appointment just get it together and get it done.
