I was very impressed with Chris. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He worked quickly to assess my problem and found my refrigerator was clogged and needed to be cleaned. . Thank you for great service once again! Sears never disappoints!!

the technician diagnosed the problem and said that the refrigerator could not be fixed but still charged 150$ which Ithink was too much, this was not the technicians fault, so I GOT STUCK WITH ABILL AND NO WORKING refrigerator
