He let me know when he would arrive and nailed it. He fixed it quickly and let me know exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. Nothing added.

Our repair person Justin was great. Although he was unable to obtain repair parts based on the age of the unit, he did review what the issue was and what was needed. He even tried to get used parts but we passed on that. He did provide insight into various brands which was helpful in shopping for a new unit.
