He was great but your scheduling is terrible. Waited all day for nothing. You said he'd be able to fix it this trip but he couldn't due to no parts. Your cost to repair is almost the same as a new machine.

The repairman knows his stuff and is extraordinarily competent and efficient. However communication with the company regarding scheduling was awful and no other way to communicate regarding when he was likely to arrive. The organization gets a D minus.
