The service man got five stars. However, Sears way of doing things got one star. Let me explain. When I scheduled this, I gave sears the model number, serial number, and told them The heating element was not working. The service man agreed that that was the problem, but he didn’t carry one on the truck. He said that we all work out of our trucks and Don’t have an inventory of parts. So this means if I wanted it fixed, I would have to schedule another appointment when they had the part. This doesn’t seem to be a very efficient way of doing things.
