Very professional & courteous. Arrived when I wasn't home & waited for me. Very understanding. Even after I refused the repair because the dryer was old & not worth fixing, he was respectable & nice.

Tye ONLY reason I have 5 stars is because the service tech, Kenneth, was amazing...he wasted no time and ordered the part necessary...he installed it quickly and was gone...your customer service however was intensely horrible!.. You can't talk to a person . Only a very frustrating AI bot . Your text messages asked me to pick another date for Kenneth to return to install the part but gave me no way to set the date...I spent over 3 hours of my valuable time on the phone trying to arrange to get my stove fixed . This is unacceptable on every level...although sears techs are notoriously professional, Assurant who I purchased the service contract with was also terrible..talking to people overseas who I can't understand so a US based company can save $ is not acceptable....Sears service tech was very good but the customer experience was as bad as it could have been. The price of service below doesn't apply as I had a service contract.

Jim did a great job! He explained the problem, and got the parts ordered. The scheduling was the problem! IT WAS CANCELED THREE WEEKS BECAUSE OF STAFFING ISSUES! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUT JIM DOD HIS JOB GREAT!
