Bill, the technician, showed up exactly at the appointed time. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 35 minutes and I could not be more pleased.

Bill, the Technician, was great! He was able to arrive early & called first to check. He diagnosed a bad compressor (my husband thought it would be). Bill was friendly and professional. I could tell he was being genuine during our conversations. Even though we are buying a new frig, we don't regret the service call.
