Ben was very nice but even after having the ducts cleaned as he suggested, my dryer is still turning off.

Suggest tech remove and discard broken, removed part of refrigerator that was replaced. Left in box new part cane in for us to discard.

The service technician Thomas did not come to my house today to service my freezer I called my warranty company and they reached out to Sears and you all are supposed to be calling me to set up a time this afternoon to come out I have not heard from Sears at all I'm very dissatisfied

Thomas did a good job at replacing the refrigerator part. Although the part that was ordered was not the complete part needed, he secured a piece from his truck to complete the task. He was tasked to make an excess of repairs during the day requiring a cancelation and a need to reschedule.

The technician was polite, professional and competent. He identified the problem with the refrigerator in minimal time. He had ordered two new parts and he promptly installed when they arrived. The only other feedback is one refrigerator part took a week to arrive and the 2nd part took 11 days. That was a little for my refrigerator to be out of service.

This was the first time in five years that the technician was here on time. In the past years, I have waited several hours past the scheduled time for the technician to show up. So, for the first time in five years, I was happy with the service.
