Great friendly service. The technician was very nice and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The online scheduling was easy to manage - I had to change the times several times, and it was no problem.

Service person showed up and was very nice. He got to work right away and installed all the parts in a timely manner. When finished he said it is still not working and he will advise that I need a new refrigerator. Since it has been several times trying to fix and it still is not working that I am entitled to a new refrigerator thru my master maintenance agreement. He gave me a number to call in the morning and they reviewed my case and will give me credit to select a new refrigerator. My service man was extremely helpful and very nice. Would recommend him . Thank you Sears maintenance agreement.
