My Technician, Harvey installed the parts that were ordered for my Maytag Washer but my washer still is not working properly. He wrote recommendation to Lowes Extended Warranty contact that it was uneconomical to repair/ transmission not working properly. He was professional and courteous. I have filed a claim and waiting now on decision from Lowes Extended Warranty contact.

I was so happy to get my mower fixed after waiting 2 MONTHS!!!!! I have never had any problems with the actual repairmen. My problem is with Sears and their lack of customer service and efficiency!!
